We will do our level best to match any ‘like for like’ quote . Or give you a reasonable justification for not doing so. (This may be down to material or hardware quality issues, as we will not compromise on quality to reduce pricing.)

Fast Turnaround
No matter what the occasion or event exhibitors seem to thrive on last minute decisions and orders! At A3M Designs we endeavour to work within your deadline, however short that may be, do not hesitate to ask, you may be surprised at what can be achieved in a short time. We keep a large selection of hardware in stock and can supply banner and Pop-up stands to order very quickly if required. However to keep stress to a minimum and to avoid falling foul of ‘Murphys Law’ please allow as much time as possible to complete print projects.

Artwork
Whilst we do offer a full design service, from simple lay-up of supplied elements to the creation of conceptual ideas and style, we are happy to work with files created by yourselves or 3rd party designers. We will offer advice and help wherever possible to assist you in the design process. In many cases we can supply templates for artwork creation.

If you are supplying files it is important to make sure that the format, size, proportion and resolution is appropriate for the end use, we can offer advice on this.

Exhibition Stands
Portable exhibition stands are the perfect solution for many display environments, however we do offer a wide range of alternatives. Self-assembly modular systems can be used to create stunning displays on a relatively economic budget, compared with fully installed systems. If the full design and build package is needed we can offer that service as well.

Custom Stands
Creating an outstanding bespoke, custom display can be a costly and time consuming task. We can help share this load with our design and build service using Linx or Press systems we can offer CAD design backup, advice on accessory packages, graphic design and a full installation/transport service. These stand systems can brand an exhibition space with your own identity offering structure and depth impossible to achieve with portable stands. The hardware can be purchased and stored on your behalf, alternatively many systems can be hired for individual events. Flooring and furniture packages can be added to maximise the look of your stand space.

Self-assembly Modular Systems
The look and feel of high end professional, bespoke displays can be recreated more cost effectively with a range of self-assembly options. These modular solutions require little more than minimal familiarity and a degree of common sense to erect, but for the serious exhibitor can be a huge step up from portable stands, with little extra outlay in cost. The systems are completely re-useable and extendable for maximum return on investment. They can be adapted and re-configured to suit almost any exhibiting space.
